We have modified the confirmation page for completing a form in automated campaigns to make it clearer and more adapted to the different situations we encounter (preparation of a stay, satisfaction survey, etc.).
We have modified our opt-in management policy with Whatsapp. Following exchanges with our partner, it seems that our interpretation of the conditions for sending messages was too strict. It is now possible to send a Whatsapp message to all guests who are staying or have stayed at the hotel. This will allow us to reach many more guests proactively through this channel.
We now allow you to choose the default languages for certain nations (Switzerland, Belgium, ...) which have several languages. This setting is decided by connecting with the hotel’s PMS.
Room Checking: we have improved the format of the data sent to this partner to improve the messages’ readability.
Medialog: we added an option to our integration with this PMS. This option allows us to use the information of the main occupant instead of that of the booker, which was previously collected by default.
