Features:
- PMS Exports: By default, an email notification is automatically sent to the establishment when we do not receive a PMS export for more than 48 hours. We have developed a feature to turn off these alerts for a certain period of time when necessary, e.g. during a closure period, etc.
- Automated campaigns: we have added new sending criteria for campaigns that are triggered by a status change. We now have "inexistent" for bookings that are created, "existing" for a change in status (whatever that may be) and finally "all" which encompasses the two previous criteria (i.e. "existing" or "inexistent").
- New information pop-up: we have integrated an external tool in our back office to present information in a more elegant way for our users. This flexible tool will allow us to communicate more content, for example: release notes, informative content, tutorial videos, etc.
- Arrivals list: it is now sorted alphabetically by surname, displays the number of expected arrivals and offers more information on the icons (policy sheets, pre-stay form and payment) that could be confusing.
- Error page: the design has been improved.
- BackOffice: users with the "simplified" mode can now change the phone number in their establishment's file.

Fixed bugs:
- Misterbooking : the "first name" field was sometimes erased when updating the cardex in the 2WAY connection.
- Mews : we corrected the calculation of the total amount of the stay which was sometimes wrong.
- Android: the keyboard sometimes covered content that was being edited (especially on email and forms).
- Photo galleries: some photo galleries had a display problem on desktop or blocked the user on mobile. We fixed the bug and added a cross button to close the gallery in full screen mode.
- Order module: we fixed a line break that appeared when additional options had a long name.
Dmbook Pro
Features:
- Adding emojis: you can now insert emojis in Dmbook Pro.
- Ticket assignment: there is now a special field for assigning tickets. You can assign a ticket by mentioning a user or a group in the title when creating it or by using the new "assigned to" field.
- Assignment notification: You will receive a notification when a user assigns you to or unassigns you from a ticket.
- New ticket creation pop-up: a new pop-up appears for creating tickets when you click on the ... from the home page.
