Features:

- Image editor: it is now possible to edit your images directly from the LoungeUp BackOffice. The proposed editor allows you to resize the image, cut it, add effects, etc. It can be used in all sections of the BackOffice (App, Automated Campaigns, Newsletters, etc.).

- Messaging hub: each conversation now has its own URL, allowing it to be shared internally. These links will be used in other parts of the product (e.g. notifications) as well as in our integrations (e.g. DMBook Pro).

- Automated campaigns: when a customer fills out a form after his stay, for example in the case of a satisfaction survey, the application will no longer be suggested to him.

- DMBook Pro: the link "Send a message to the user" has been replaced by the link "Open the Messaging Hub".

- A new wedding ring icon is available in the modules.

- Global, group and reseller administrators now have access to the new version of messaging and can benefit from new features (access to Guest Profile, search, etc.).

- New integrations: Syspay (payment service provider) & Qualtrics (satisfaction surveys)

Fixed bugs:

- Booking.com: links sent by email to Booking.com customers were dysfunctional and did not allow customers to access LoungeUp. We corrected the problem during the sprint because the impact was significant.

- Some segments could not be saved in the form linked to automated campaigns.

- Newsletters were by default scheduled one hour in the past, which generated an error. We changed this to postpone it to an hour in the future.
