1. Registration forms are changing! We have improved how we manage this arrival procedure by offering new features to help you save time and improve your guests' experience:

1. Addition of accompanying guests: your guests can now easily declare the people accompanying them. The settings have been greatly simplified and the data of accompanying guests is now attached to the reservation in Guest Profile. These guests can therefore be contacted later by your teams if necessary, via the messaging hub for example, or with one-off campaigns.
   
2. Differentiated forms: Would you like to offer a simplified form for accompanying guests? No problem! Simply define a form that is different from the form for the main occupant.
   
3. Force-fill: do you need to obtain all the information for all the participants of the stay? It is now possible to make the individual guest forms mandatory in order to validate the registration form.
   
4. Validation of registration forms on tablets at reception: When this option is ticked, the guest can fill their registration form before their arrival but will only be considered validated when it is filled in on a tablet in the hotel. This speeds up check-ins while retaining human verification.
