D-EDGE CRM

  • Staff Companion: the app has been thoroughly revised, we have added many new features, such as: access to different statuses, the conversation channel is now shown, the option to archive messages, ... The technology used to develop this app has also been modified to make it faster, more reliable and scalable!

  • We have added Staycation emails to the list of domains considered as OTA. D-EDGE CRM will automatically ask for the customers' contact details.

  • BackOffice: we now offer a "Training" tab in the header to access our available training courses

  • Agenda: we have improved the user experience when unsubscribing from an event

Partner integrations:

  • Booking Sync: we now offer a 1-WAY integration with this PMS

  • We Login: we have added this new partner, allowing guests to book free & paid activities in campsites and resorts.

Bugs solved

  1. Whatsapp : it was impossible to send group messages
  2. FB Messenger: sending links was a problem
  3. Messaging hub: the same SMS conversation was creating several message threads
  4. Calendar module: reminder notifications were not correctly sent by email and SMS
  5. Opt-out information was sometimes not updated correctly in Guest Profile
  6. ​Custom Field: a bug prevented them from being added
