Features:

  • Order modules: we have made it mandatory to select a date and time for the delivery of orders; no date is proposed by default. Some users did not pay attention to this window and ordered for the wrong time.
  • We now have the ability to create "non-modifiable" fields in forms. These allow information to be displayed without letting the customer change it (e.g. arrival/departure date in a policy form).
  • Check-in: a confirmation email is now sent to the customer when they correctly complete their check-in online.
  • Emails sent to OTA customers now contain the message "Click or copy this link to access it in your browser: {{link}}". Booking.com customers, etc. could not click on the links in our emails when they were read in the app's message area.
  • Guest Profile: we now give access to the full list of guests in the stay.

New integrations with partners:

  • Vega: we now have a 2WAY connection with this partner!
  • Jazotel: we now collect two new pieces of information via our connection with this partner: the type of room (trade name) and the total cost of the stay.

Fixed bugs:

  • Prices with commas were not displayed correctly in some order modules.
  • In the "information" page template, the blocks that followed a hidden block could cause problems and lead to a crash. Also in this template, we fixed a bug that prevented the content of pages with many information blocks (> 10) from being displayed correctly.
  • We did not capture correctly that some messages had been opened.
  • A crash could appear when opening an ad, followed by immediately returning to the home page.
  • When creating an SMS campaign, duplicating an existing campaign caused a problem.
  • When editing forms, selecting text could generate an unintended drag & drop, which we have prevented.
  • A problem with displaying the list of automated campaigns was introduced in the previous sprint.
  • With forms, the prices of different options were not correctly copied when duplicating a "checkbox" field.
  • The campaigns sent during the check-in on the PMS Mews could have been triggered incorrectly.
  • E-Season: we have corrected issues related to implementing the new interface and now take into account the season ID.
  • Balance information was not present in Guest Profile targeting.
