Features :

• Choice of date & time: it is now possible to choose between two modes: fixed time or time slot. In fact, our customers regularly tell us that offering a fixed time is dangerous for them. They are not able to ensure an exact time, especially when it comes to peak hours, e.g. for room service. From now on, if the "time slot" option is selected, we will display a time slot to choose from instead of a fixed time.

• Order modules: we have updated the design of the order notifications to make them more readable. Ordered items are now highlighted so that they are clearly distinguishable from the rest.
• Form: we have improved our date & time widget to allow for better management of cases where it is mandatory to fill it out. Guests will now have to explicitly choose a date and a time, whereas in the past they could validate with the default dates/times, which sometimes caused problems for the most distracted among them...
• Deleting duplicates: we have developed a generic script to perform additional duplicate removal on sites that request it. We manage this functionality by default in our CRM, but in special cases (e.g.: change of PMS) it may sometimes be necessary to perform additional actions which are now greatly simplified and more efficient.
• We have changed the wording of the "Import data" section to "Import guest data" to clarify its use.

New integrations with partners:

• Medialog: we have finished updating our interface with this PMS and now support 2-WAY with them! Updates on the guest's record (e.g. when filling in a police sheet) will now be automatically uploaded to the PMS.

Fixed bugs:

• In the mail editor, a pop-up asking for confirmation of changes was appearing randomly.
• Our calendar module did not correctly display the colors of the establishment's theme.
• The targeting of campaigns was sometimes modified when adding a new condition.
• The tool bar for editing the text style disappeared when changing the language of widgets.
• Arrivals list: it was no longer possible to send e-mails to guests, only SMS worked correctly.
• Automated campaigns could no longer be disabled when logged in as a "Site owner" administrator.
