How to Add the Calendar to Google Calendar or Outlook?

Integration with Google Calendar



Option 1: Via URL

  1. On your computer, open Google Calendar.
  2. On the left, click + Add other calendars > From URL.
  3. Paste the following URL in the designated field:
    https://calendar.google.com/calendar/u/0?cid=Y19lY2I0NGM5MmEwNTdmMzNlOTkwZDRkZjExZDRmZjVkZGQyMzNmNGU3MWU5YTUyOWI2ZDhiOThjMTdmZTM1ZjVhQGdyb3VwLmNhbGVuZGFyLmdvb2dsZS5jb20
  4. Click Add Calendar.
  5. The calendar will appear under Other Calendars.

Option 2: Import via a CSV File

  1. Download the calendar CSV file here: Calendar.csv
  2. Open Google Calendar and click on the Settings icon at the top right.
  3. In the left menu, select Add Calendar > Create New Calendar.
  4. Name the calendar, such as LoungeUp Marketing Calendar.
  5. Click Create Calendar. It will appear under My Calendars.
  6. In the settings, go to the Import & Export section.
  7. Import the downloaded CSV file, associating it with the newly created calendar.
  8. Click Import. The events will be added to your calendar.

Integration with Outlook


  1. Download the calendar ICS file here: Calendar.ics
    1. If needed, use an online converter to adjust the file format.
  2. Open Outlook and go to the Calendar section.
  3. Click Add Calendar > Create Blank Calendar.
  4. Name the calendar, such as LoungeUp Marketing Calendar.
  5. Select the calendar folder where it will be added.
  6. Once the calendar is created, click Add Calendar > Upload from File.
  7. Import the ICS file and associate it with the created calendar.
  8. Click Import. The events will appear in your agenda.

For both integrations, the new calendar will appear in the list on the left. You can easily show or hide it as needed.
